North East celebrated Chef Chris Finnigan, spent an intensive four year period training under celebrity chef Raymond Blanc at his two Michelin starred Le Manoir Aux Quat’ saisons in Oxfordshire. Head Chef Chris plans to create a menu that will keep people coming back time and time again.
Alongside Chris in the kitchen is Mark Docherty, who has been cooking for ten years working under some of the North Easts best Chefs.

Chris will be serving modern British food with French influences using fresh, seasonal, local produce in a relaxed atmosphere. All of our food is made in house by our talented kitchen team.
